Prizes
Her picture/poem book "Waaien, hard waaien" - together with Gerard Berends - received the national prize for children's illustrations: the "Silver Brush" (1991)
For this book and another children's book "Lieve, lieve opa's" - text by Alfred Kossmann - she was honoured with the "New Talent" prize of the City of Amsterdam (1994)
In 2005 she was distinguished by the "Max Brudieu" prize at the "Salon Internationale" in Quissac (Gard) for her oil paintings
